Feb 2017 vs 2018, bodyweight in both sitting roughly around 69kg. This time last year I decided to put all efforts toward getting strong AF to see just what kind of lifter I could become. Food, sleep, mobility and heavy ass workouts became priority. If I want to throw double bodyweight overhead one day, I need to be as strong as possible. There's still much more to be done but I'm very proud of the work I've done thus far

Okay... week 10 progress pictures.... I’ve been sticking to the plan of a slightly reduced calorie diet from #RPStrength. Also using their full body workout 6 days a week. Pretty good results so far. The diet has been fairly easy for me so far. Using my #smartcoffee to kill carb cravings, suppress appetite and ramp up my metabolism! Couldn’t ask for anything more to this point! 8 more days until my body fat test and then I’ll slowly be upping my calories back to maintenance levels. The cut is almost over! 😁

Time for a little #TBT
Hard to believe where I was not to long ago. I’m down 73lbs officially today. Girl on the left couldn’t do a pull up without a couple bands or even a handstand push up with multiple abmats stacked. Girl on the right did 3 strict pull ups with out assistance yesterday and can string a few handstand push ups together with out a mat at all. My overall happiness and life has gotten so much better since then too. And I actually don’t hate veggies now? Who am I?! 🤷🏻‍♀️
