They can either assist you by making the exercise easier OR add a little extra push for you, depending on how you set up the band! Here is a workout that you can do ANYWHERE! There’s no jumping and it focuses on slow and controlled movements :) 👊 Tricep kickback - 10 reps 💪 Bicep curl - 12 reps 🤜 Bent over row - 12 reps 🦵Static lunge - 12 reps 🤛Seated row - 12 reps ✊Chest press - 10 reps . You can repeat each individual exercise for 3 rounds OR add them into a circuit for 3 laps! .
