It's weird to think back to when I took that photo on the left, I remember being sooooo inspired... Something in me was different and I decided that this time it was going to happen. What people don't realize is I didn't have some perfect weight loss. NO ONE DOES. You're going to lose 5 pounds and gain back 6 then lose 3 and gain back 1. It's a constant battle. If I could put it graphically it would be zig zags everywhere. You're going to fail, you're going to give up for a day or a week or a month. Just remember that it happens and get back on track. Don't give up over small slips. My advice for the day

My name is Sophia. I started my fitness journey back in February 2014. I have lost 105 pounds so far through clean eating, exercise, consistency and staying focus. No pills/ no surgery. I started because I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle not only for me but for my family as well. I was born with a heart condition which I was told I wouldn't make it to 30.
