"Feeling pretty sore today but still had to get a practice in. This little flow was just what my body needed. I’ve been getting some questions about how to work toward splits, and the simple answer is just to practice the splits. A little every day will help you progress. But the more complicated answer is everyone’s body is different so there may be other things that will help. The other pose that helped me was frog, which I put in this flow. I try not to play favorites but frog is probably my favorite pose in the world. Sorry other poses. Love you guys too. Some people don’t like frog because it’s uncomfortable, but sometimes uncomfortable is a good thing "
