Jam made at home is the BEST. You control how much sugar and no crazy ingredients. This recipe is made from watermelon rind (yep-- it's edible and tasty), 2 tablespoons maple syrup and lots of chia seeds to keep the jam together. So simple and nutritious. @watermelonboard
