"The thing about running is that it’s a natural movement and once you lace up those runners and start putting miles in and making the right habits along the way, it becomes easier and you’ll find yourself looking for the next milestone. One mile becomes five which becomes ten and the next thing you know you’re about to run 280 miles from Virginia to North Carolina, or 230 along Haiti’s western border or qualifying for the 2018 Boston Marathon. While your journey may start with one mile, I hope it takes you further than you ever imagined and in the process you learn a thing or two about yourself. We’re only as good as the last mile - make it count." @ashley.horner

Success is in the preparation and the mindset you possess. The decision to rise at dawn to train, the choice to turn up the intensity to set new PRs, the resilience to return from a setback stronger than before. This outlook is what fuels @JustinJames99 each and every day.
