I am thankful for everyone, and everything I have in life. Who I am has brought some very cool experiences like doing a podcast with @wolfmate and @tullywood, flying to Florida and meeting others like myself, and getting to work with councillors who are trying to better them-self with knowledge of #transgender and even better, helping others find their #path.
I feel #happy, #strong physically and mentally, #hopeful, and #positive because I choose to focus on the good, and always remember that any situation could be worse.

People in Williams Lake need to come out to Total Ice and try out the Total Strength program.
Lots of people are intimidated just by the brand of "Crossfit", but it's literally for anyone and the work outs are scaled to your level at this gym.
Don't tell me you have to "get fit" before coming to this gym... you should come to this gym to get fit. Come crush some goals.

If your in Kamloops I suggest dropping in and trying it out, you don't need to "get in shape to go to crossfit"... you need to "go to crossfit to get in shape"

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
In a shitty situation, your attitude is everything. If you have a shitty attitude in a shitty situation the shitty situation is going to just end up making you feel even shittier. Shit. #change your attitude, change your life. You can't control everything life throws at you, but you can control your attitude and what you do to make the best of what life brings. There is always a reason to smile, to laugh, to love and to appreciate. It's sometimes hard to remember these things when your feeling down or dealt a shit hand but you have to dig deep and bring them to the surface, but you can do it. Choose to. Thrive with an attitude that no one can bring down. You deserve to be happy, be you, do what you want to do and feel good. It's your life and your attitude will determine what you make of it!
Especially don't sweat the small shit. A good attitude will feel a lot better in a bad situation than a bad attitude will #ATTITUDE#GRATITUDE
