Such a lovely and enjoyable day! Was able to get a short run in this morning AND #28dayabchallenge before heading into the city with @fitgirldvs to browse fabrics for flower girl dresses! Enjoyed a lovely poke bowl picnic lunch in Bryant Park and soaked up every bit of this warm weather, and also shopped for a bit and of course ended the day with dessert at our fave dessert bar called Spot. Today’s #sweatyselfie and an EPIC #fitgirls5k a day early. Birchbox hosted a community 5K run with Olympic marathon medalist Deena Kastor! She was super down to earth and graciously maintained pace with us
not-so pro runners, and afterward gave a super inspiring talk about her book β€œLet Your Mind Run” β€” a memoir which also focuses on the β€œmental” side of running. Will let you know what I learn as I read through it. I hadn’t ran as hard as I did today in months and it was good to remember what it feels like to push myself. Workout Part 1/warmup was actually at Crunch gym to do #28dayabchallenge . It was surprising to find the vibe at that gym was a bit β€œmeathead-y” and uppity. And I used to belong to that gym! Wonder what changed. Anyhoo I’m glad the night took a turn for the better. Also a pic of today’s eats minus dinner, still figuring that out. #fitgirl #fitgirlsguide #fitbabesunited

#glowygoddess and I, we goin’ places. On the ferry 😁. Same lunch as yesterday, dinner was a buffalo burger over a salad or as Fitguy and I like to call it, saladburger. Also couldn’t resist some homemade bread from my coworker. You know bread is good when it tastes phenomenal without anything on top. My accountability post before I prepare to shut off for this Friyay night. Got to the gym late after work but really wanted to get that workout in. Channeling the energy from the Fierce Fitches who’ve now got me dreaming of running a Ragnar Relay one day! Got in an intersession workout x2, my PT legs, and accidentally did yesterday’s #28dayabchallenge again. Oops. Today’s foods weren’t great, but only took 1 bite out of each of those donuts bc they were too cute to pass up! Posting my Plan Nanny plant as my #sdac for @cherish_healthy_me . Well, it was 2 for 3 for #meatlessmonday for the #fitgirlphotochallenge . I couldn’t pass up the leftover ribs at my dad’s house tonight. Who's up for a #februarychallenge ?? I got this challenge from @lazygirlfit and it's perfect for this month! I'm going to start today and see if I can tell a difference by the 1st March. For me it's important that I set goals and targets like this so I that stay focussed on my overall goal of slimming down to my target weight and getting fit and healthy, otherwise I find it too easy to slip and yoyo like I have done in the past. Day 1: #breakfast So I made my #bulletproofcoffee with 1/2tbsp of #coconut oil took out my #grassfedbeef laid a small amount in a plate and added: 1tsp garlic chili sauce, 1/2tsp vinegar, Himalayan salt, and black pepper, 1tsp of lemon juice and it hit the pan. 2eggs and 3 small spreads of butter between 3 small slices of toasted pumpernickel bread used for dips. πŸ˜‹It's Easy foods on the list found at: @thedopedixon and mypowercolumbus.com

I found one that had 1750mg (even tho that's for an infant just cut that number in half) of #potassium and #almondbutter is counted in with my good fat.
