Im kicking 48 hours of fasting right now. I’m a burning fat machine 🔥🔥🔥😋
I went to the gym earlier this morning. Did a light free weight workout. Squats, arms , and belly.💪🏾

After that I went to another gym to find out how my body holds fat, water , muscles etc. Fascinating how you can measure all this. 🙌🏾
I know better now what goals to work towards without stressing about it. 😉
I could also see on the machine that I’m doing it 100% right, drinking the amount of 4 liters water everyday. 🙌🏾😀👍🏾
Intuition is a great tool! .
So I will continue doing that no matter what everyone says 😉

Last thing!
One funny thing at the gym today. A beautiful sporty lady in her late 50s stopped me. Asked me what I do for my skin. She observed I didn’t had makeup on. She even touched my cheeks, and said. Oooh it’s baby soft! So glowing!
I laughed and told her I’m fasting. 😎🤩😏😅
I love spontaneous people like that! ❤️It’s a seldom experience here in Norway/ Sweden.
Because most of people are very private and shy. And of course this lady was a foreigner. 😉

These are the faces of two gals so glad to be back into our routine after vacay, we took “all inclusive” to a whole new level lol 🙊😏 it’s about balance ya’ll and we scaled it like a boss last week!
Needless to say we are all craving whole food in this house, lots of fruits and veggies going down!
Aside from getting back on track with my nutrition routine, I’m also getting back to my intermittent fasting, i do not follow it while vacationing whatsoever just because it’s vacay and eating times are round the clock, at least for us they are lol, that’s how we vacay! 😉 anywho, I am finding my way back into my work as well and checked into my Intermittent Fasting community page, I started that page over 3 years ago when I first started practicing IF. Now I consider myself pretty well versed in the area and have led almost 1,000 people through my free 5 Day Intro to Intermittent Fasting course. Im really wanting to try #intermittentfasting for longer periods than the 16:8 ive been doing for the past few weeks. Think I'm going to try 18:6 this week and build up to 24 hours. *REVIEW* My first sip was “oh this is yummy” then next sip “ummm, not terrible” and then “another one bites the dust!” The aftertaste in this is pretty bad and it hits you almost instantly and starts to overpower an of the flavor the shake has. Not worth the money at all. I started my intermittent fasting on April 9th and lost 2.4 the first week. I still wasn't totally convinced... so I was pleasantly suprised this this morning was I was down another 2.2 pounds. I feel really good about this. Sometimes I'm hungry on the #fasting days but it feels really good not to count everything that goes on my mouth on the non fasting days. .

#ketobaking done! This should last about 2-3 weeks. They’re going in the freezer. These are what i want to consider #ketocheats and not everyday things. Coxa e sobrecoxa de frango assada (marinada na páprica defumada + purê de couve flor com repolho roxo + salada de abobrinha e rabanete em lâminas 🤤🤤🤤 Para a marinada:
Sal + pimenta + azeite + vinagre ou limão + alho picadinho + páprica defumada
>>>misture todos os temperos. Desprenda parte da pele com os dedos (cuidado para não soltar a pele inteira) e coloque a marinada entre a pele e a carne. Deixe descansar por pelo menos meia hora mas aconselho deixar de um dia para o outro porque fica mega suculento! Depois é só assar em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por mais ou menos 40 minutos, lembrando de regar a pele a cada 10 ou 15 minutos para ficar crocante, com a cor bonita assim e sem ressecar 😉

Para o purê:
>>> cozinhe meio repolho roxo fatiado bem fino com meio litro de água e duas colheres de vinagre e deixe reduzir até que fique um caldinho grossinho é com um roxo bem concentrado. Faça o purê de couve flor normalmente (mas com o mínimo de água possível), depois de processado, junte o caldo do cozimento do repolho (se quiser a cor um pouco mais forte, pode processar um pouco de repolho junto com a couve flor). Depois coloque um pouco de manteiga e tempere a gosto (eu coloquei sal + pimenta + noz moscada + azeite de trufas). Para a salada de abobrinha:
>>> corte uma abobrinha ao meio no sentido longitudinal e fatie numa mandolina na menor espessura possível, assim como os rabanetes. Tempere com azeite, sal e ervas 😋

So i broke my fast with yogurt about 11:30am after 20 hours, now for my meal i am having lavish bread, spread some cream cheese on it, and shredded cheese, some pico with jalapenos, 1/4 hot link, chicken, and chopped brisket..fried it and ate that bitch with some guacamole and sour cream..fast is back on!!

#fasting This is a STRAIGHT fact✨💫The hardest discipline was controlling my eating. Not in the junk food way. Just control. I’ve never had a huge weight problem. I float around 15-20 pounds up/down. En este artículo no voy a hablar de los beneficios del ayuno intermitente ni voy a poner en una balanza las ventajas y los inconvenientes, ya hay muchas (muchísimas) personas que han hablado de esto. Y no quiero repetir lo mismo.

Por lo tanto, para variar un poco, la reflexión de hoy es ¿Es el ayuno intermitente superior a una restricción energética continua?🤔
Pues, según los últimos estudios que han salido estos últimos meses parece ser que NO hay diferencia significativa entre estas 2 estrategias nutricionales.
EL estudio (1) es una revisión sistemática y meta-análisis que incluye estudios de entre 3-12 meses de duración y el estudio (2) un ensayo aleatorizado de 1 año .

Por lo tanto, ¿Qué podemos sacar de todo esto?🤷🏻‍♂️
Que las calorías importan❗️ Queda muy bonito decir: “las kcal no importan” “haz que las kcal cuenten” y en parte es correcto, hay que comer lo más saludable posible (no hay duda sobre eso) pero si tu objetivo es perder grasa tienes que establecer un déficit calórico. SÍ O SÍ. Ya lo puedes hacer comiendo cada 2 horas, haciendo un ayuno 16-8, ser vegetariano, no serlo, con agua con limón, sin ella (😉), que si no creas ese déficit jamás perderás grasa.

Por lo tanto, ¿Te gusta el ayuno intermiten? ¿Se adapta a tu estilo de vida? Perfecto, practícalo👌🏽. ¿Qué no? Mándalo al carajo y sigue una frecuencia de comidas que te guste.
