Na konec tréninku po trhu , box jumpech , striktních presech vysláno 3x5 air ballu s touhle 50 kg bestií.
Se svalovkou to chutná ještě lépe. 😂 Extrémně náročné na střed těla. Pomalu ty tréninky začínají mít otáčky , jaké je potřeba. Ale ještě to bude trvat. Stále jsou dvě místa na sobotní tréninky. Tak pouvažuj. Od půlky července začínáme💪 👌

“You can’t out train a bad diet!” Trust me I’ve tried it 🙄. No amount of productive exercise is going to undo a bad day of eating. The 800 extra calories you ate, whether extra chicken or donuts, isn’t equivalent to burning 800, especially with machines and fitness trackers not even being accurate for caloric burn. 🗣️Lesson: Balance is easier said than done, but also so simple. If you eat too much one day, eat less the next and always keep up with your physical activity. It definitely causes body changes over longer periods of time, helps you get leaner and stronger and makes you feel good and happy!💥And that’s both intended workouts and NEAT (any activity that you do in everyday existence that is not a voluntary workout). ✨ Vanilla berry protein smoothie bowl ✨

Packed with protein and vitamins, this tasty bowl is a perfect post-workout meal or filling breakfast. -
Ingredients:

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I love the Vega all in one nutritional shake powder)

1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp of cinnamon

1 cup frozen berries

1 frozen banana
Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter

Blend everything together (I usually mix the protein powder with the milk before blending), then add your favorite toppings and enjoy! My favs are granola, pomegranate seeds, fresh berries, and coconut flakes. 🍌 pro tip: put the bowl you’re going to use in the freezer before you start blending to keep your bowl thick while you eat it!

We are starting something new at PBF; the Saturday class is now dedicated to a specialty seminar designed to enhance skills critical to CrossFit.

The focus of the first set of workshops is building the foundation of your muscle-up. Over the next four weeks, we will identify and correct the factors that are inhibiting your progress with this movement.

Patience is key. The purpose here, and in everything else we do, is to build a set of skills that translate to both the muscle-up, and all other aspects of your fitness.

In session one, we worked on improving the hollow and arch positions, transitioning between the two, and pulling strength.

First Crossfit competition is over and man, what an experience it was to be able to compete with some of the best athletes in the sport...So happy I was able to be joined by these two studs @scoobs2109 & @angst143 and the rest of my @willybcrossfit fam that competed.

Pode ser o melhor nutricionista ou o melhor treinador do mundo. Apenas em sua área profissional, nenhum deles conseguirá otimizar a composição corporal de uma pessoa.

Isso mesmo. Não adianta você achar que vai naquele nutricionista dos sonhos e ter todos os seus problemas resolvidos. Ele pode ter todo conhecimento possível na área nutricional, pode prescrever um ótimo plano alimentar, mas se não forem levados em consideração diversos outros fatores, a prescrição será pouco ou praticamente ineficaz.
Por isso a multidisciplinaridade é fundamental para quem deseja melhoria da composição corporal. Uma área deve trabalhar em conjunto com a outra, funcionando sinergicamente, como ocorre em uma indústria de produção. Faz sentido, não é mesmo?

Sim, faz e muito! Afinal, a melhoria da composição corporal é um PROCESSO, e como todo processo, existem insumos, transformação e saída de produtos (resultados). Mas para isso, é necessário o trabalho conjunto de diversas áreas, cada uma na sua especialidade, falando a mesma língua.

E o mais importante de tudo: além da multidisciplinaridade, é imprescindível um GESTOR, com pelo menos um pouco de conhecimento em cada área (não necessariamente aprofundado em todas elas), e que principalmente tenha experiência prática no ramo. É preciso ter todas as boas características de um líder e saber usar as informaçãos de cada área, por meio de indicadores críticos, para que tome a melhor decisão visando sempre o objetivo final (resultado). Assim, um nutricionista sozinho não saberá como ajustar a alimentação, se não houver informação sobre as atividades físicas da pessoa. E da mesma forma, se a nutrição não estiver adequada às necessidades da pessoa, o treinador não conseguirá tirar o máximo de proveito do treino (melhoria da performance). Dessa forma, temos indicadores nutricionais, indicadores de performance, indicadores médicos (também fundamentais), além de diversos indicadores subjetivos, que devem ser analisados, controlados e ajustados em conjunto por esse gestor, que costuma ser denominado "coach". Essa é a visão de um engenheiro de Produção sobre o processo de melhoria de composição corporal. 👊💪
