KARAKORAM!! A view down the Gondogoro glacier from just below the summit of Gondogoro Peak (5650m). June 1989. This stunning vista is the reward for the ascent of what was for many years one of our most popular adventure trips to Pakistan. On the right is Masherbrum, and on the left is Trinity Peak, with the graceful spire of Layla Peak near the centre. This is a stitched panorama of two 645 transparencies which has produced an image of 6000 x 11,000 pixels. This would make a stunning large print. I have made a few on aluminium dibond recently...
