So, who wants to help me tackle this diet change and workout habit? Unfortunately, our kitchen is under construction until further notice so I plan on using this time to get a game plan together. I want to use some beachbody components like thr 21 day fix containers (cause I've got them already and I need some serious accountability with portion control!), I go to the YMCA (and dont plan on giving it up, because it gets me out of the house) but I need to know what to do while I'm there to target certain/all areas of my body...because what I'm doing now isn't doing much. I know I need to ease into this because I've failed a lot and Ive really let that effect me to the point where I spiral in the opposite direction of being healthy.
Any thoughts that aren't going to involve me investing any more money than what I already invest for groceries and my gym membership??
