What is #Fitology?
Hey #Fitologist! I'm Paullette and founder of this movement that I call Fitology. I define it as the study of being Fit. Now this, of course, includes the 80% nutrition and 20% activity that's for everybody but after that it's 100% customizable! What worked for me may not work for you. Two 350 women can't necessarily do the same thing to shed the pounds and get the exact same results. So, what do YOU define as your own personal fit study and plan?
Personally, I have done it ALL!!! I mean ALL y'all! Weight loss surgery, tummy tuck, 10 day diet for 30 days, CKLS, cleanses, detox, water diet, fruit diet, fish diet, Hollywood diet, Army diet, starvation, Herbalife, Shakeology, TLS, ItWorks wraps, gels, lotions and potions... I've paid gym fees that could've easily bought me a moderate home. I've paid trainers enough they could've bought a new car. I MEAN I've done it all!
Now at 44, I'm in tune with my body and have discovered my Fitology! I went vegan (it's not for everyone and I am not pushing it on anyone) in March 2018. I hit the gym regularly on Jan 1, 2018. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. It is truly working for me!
