Was filming some stuff for my clients and decided to make a video on eccentric/reflexive core control. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀For performance, this is a huge focus point for me. The better you can reflexively control what happens to your posture mid-flight, stride, or lift, the more in control of your position you can be in. Better position provides better power and/or performance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Eccentric control is key for changing direction/velocity or absorbing and redirecting large amounts of force through your torso. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀. ⠀Any version of anti-extension and eccentrics I'm a fan of!
