For my birthday this weekend, @jtraff87 took me to the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Let me just say it was one of the best experiences of my life. We actually got to have a private tour of the Full Fuselage Trainer the astronauts used for the duration of the Space Shuttle program. You can see the scuff marks on the side of the Oribter where the astronauts repelled down for their emergency training procedures. I was pretty awestruck the whole time. I stood next to an F1 engine that was used on test fires for Apollo 16 and holy hell, you cannot understand the emensity of one until you see it up close. ️
The infamously mysterious landmark, The Clown Motel has become available. However I need to move fast in order to save this motel. If I don't move and act now, there's the chance a big corporate chain could buy it, and dissolve all of it's luster. Let's not allow this iconic haunting landmark slip into the hands of a huge corporation and be turned into a bland, white walled, ordinary Motel 6, Holiday Inn or Best Western. Help me preserve this uniquely haunting hotel for generations to come. Link also in my Bio.
