Boxing has taught me 3 major things that i believe also applies to your day to day lifestyle.
1. HARD WORK
No matter what you do you always got to give it your 110% and let no one stand in your way. Keep on grinding, fighting and what doesnt kill will make you stronger. This just doesnt apply to just boxing but in everything you do in life.
Dedicating myself to this sport, getting up early in the mornings, staying in a fitness routine and keeping myself to a clean healthy eating lifestyle. A healthy body, a healthy mind a healthy soul. HEALTH IS WEALTH
I learnt to love myself meaning, getting myself into shape and overall being healthy and fit. I fight for myself, the love for my family, Mum, Dad, my little brother, my family and also my boxing coach who i have in my corner and most highly respect every punch i throw, every hit i take, all the pain i endure is for them and everyone who is also close to me.
Im still a baby in this sport and i have so much to learn but applying these 3 things into my training and life will help me achieve and unlock things i have never seen before in myself i will keep and fighting and let no one get in my way
