I love wearing this: this shirt from @loft is one of my new faves. I love floral patterns, plus the sleeves are super fun and this blouse goes with basically everything And I adore these wedges! Well, in terms of work, I’m a young professional working just outside of D.C., trying to survive the hectic metropolitan hustle and bustle (country girl at heart y’all). I work for a professional society, communicating with our members frequently via phone and email, dealing with various operations-related questions, so my wardrobe is usually business casual. I’m also fortunate that my job allows me to travel all across the U.S.

Had to rework my plans for today's #ootd after April showers 
decided to make an appearance. Subbing pants for my intended black capris also meant I had to change shoes. And I realized I don't have a pair of black slacks that fit anymore! Whaaaaat?!
So my new gingham bow pointy-toe became old suede knot ballet flat for #TuesdayShoesday. Wearing one of my favorite thrifts from last year with this bright floral button up which I knotted for a more casual vibe. Feminine floral bracelet contrasts with the old chunky ring & edgy trendy necklace.

My mom has gotten her mammograms and screenings done since she was 21. I do self breast exams every month. Be sure to take all of the precautions you can. #wavywednesday is Day 4 hair and somehow a little raking at my roots to combat frizz before scrunch in & #rootclipping then air drying seemed to help. My curl cast is small but they're clumping better so I'll call that progress!

Still riding the struggle bus today but somehow managed to get out the door (the second time) only 20 minutes late.
Styled this jump suit with some layers because brr another morning with frosty rooftops. I always forget about this blazer! It’s perfect for spring or summer bc it’s short sleeved. It’s also one of the few blazers not tight on my broad shoulders and polka dots!!! Sooo once my little guy comes out I’m going to try to rotate it back into my wardrobe more often! Then it should button again with no baby bump!
