Felt AMAZING in the gym!! Thank you for all the support I received about my PR today was able to complete 135 lbs x 5 reps and 170 lbs x 1 rep for squats. Before today, my best was 135 lbs x 3 and 160 lbs x 1
Broke a rule and overshot to match my first squat PR in competition. I deserve to be lashed. This is my last week on #TheBridge so it’ll be time for new programming with some higher volume for a few more weeks before I go full steam ahead in prep for my upcoming power meet.
