Det är något visst med starka armar. Har alltid gillat det, ja sen jag var liten. Kunna lyfta, bära, kånka, hugga i när det behövs. Inte vara spröd och ynklig. Linne och muskliga armar. Inga bodybuildararmar, nejnej, men definierade och redo att bära en säng, när det behövs.
Idag blev det premiär på nya gotlandsstången. Får vara glad om jag kan lyfta filmjölksskeden till lunch.

It’s midsummer in Sweden and rain is pouring down... I had to work for a few hours but made it to the gym - my happy place! 10 sets of pullups, 10 sets of ball crunches and 10 sets of abs killer and then I was done!

Quem nunca viu alguém fazendo um movimento perfeito e fez disso uma meta?
Como sei que muitas pessoas tem o Butterfly como foco hoje vou falar um pouco sobre esse movimento que tem o objetivo de tornar o pull up ou chest to bar mais rápido e eficiente sendo assim uma estratégia indispensável para os atletas de alta performance.

Agora, se o atleta faz o Butterfly você também pode fazer?
Depende, vamos refletir sobre 2 pontos:
▪️ Você se dedica e tem o volume de treino que ele têm?
▪️ Faz o trabalho de base e fortalecimento para que o movimento seja seguro?
Isso mesmo, seguro ou se preferir menos perigoso para a articulação dos ombros, por isso existe uma grande demanda a ser cumprida antes de simplesmente tentar fazer um movimento na pura porralouquice. Isso é muito sério, eu juro,  pois estamos falando de um movimento que pode "explodir" sua articulação e acabar com o sonho bem antes dele se concretizar.

Acredite esse trabalho de base pode levar meses ou até anos preparando o deltóide posterior, anterior, medial, manguitos, grande dorsal, bíceps e por aí vai a lista de músculos que precisam estar fortes e equilibrados e coordenados.

Quer uma dica? Em primeiro lugar foque no trabalho de base de uma das partes mais importantes, o Kipping, pois essa parte do movimento que é realizado com o quadril tem a função de impulsionar o corpo até o objetivo final, seja ele encostar o peito na barra ou levar o queixo acima dela, então seu kipping precisa ser muito eficiente pois é parte fundamental  para tornar tudo mais fácil e retardar a fadiga dos músculos menores e isolados.

Going from not being able to do 1 rep of unassisted pull ups about a month ago with correct form to be able to do 6 unassisted now with correct form I’m pretty happy with the progress being made, remember consistency is key with everything, from dieting to training, lately I’ve been following a program from @shauncooper_pt and seeing results everywhere so I strongly suggest going over and having a look at his fitness page as he has just become a fully qualified personal trainer with lots of knowledge to share to others to help achieve their goals. 💪🍌🏋🏿 #progress #pullups #gym #gymmotivation #nevergiveup💪

Progression.

4th attempt at #murphy #wod . 30/60/90, with 10kg/20lb plate carrier.

For those that are unfamiliar with #murph it's a #crossfit #herowod in memory of Lt Michael Murphy who died in Kunar province in Afghanistan in 2005. It consists of a 1mile #run, followed by 100 #pullups 200 #pushups 300 #squats filled by a #1milerun . Whilst carry a 20lb weight. Usually completed on #memorialday in the US. I'm going to try and do this (or a cut down version of it once a week).

Workout with @marvinnharris today. Started off training chest and calves, then moved to some bicep/tricep supersets using @titan_grips for a gnarly pump. These grips help SO much with any sort of upper body training and are extremely versatile. The workout ended with a HIIT circuit and some abs right before the gym closed

The most basic and one of the best for your back workout sessions.👊
I usually start and end my workouts with pull-ups. Because it's become considerably easier....don't worry if it's not that easy for you.....keep going hard in the gym evryday and it'll become easy for you too🙌.
Try to do as many as possible for the best effect for your back workout.
If pull-ups are harder for you, do seated pulldowns regularly till pullups become easier 👌.
