Happy Saturday everyone!! I hope you all have fun weekend plans going on.
This girl is still unpacking but I’m excited to amp up my training and nutrition this coming week and get back to a routine again so that I can focus on building and growing some muscle for the remainder of my off season. I’ve slowly started cleaning up my diet this past week since moving had me eating fast food left and right and feeling like junk and now I feel so much better and it’ll be that much easier to acclimate to my new nutrition program.

It's Saturday, the sun is shinning, it smells like fall, I've got my magic yellow drank, I'm getting my sweat on right here on my porch and then enjoying this weekend 🙌🏼
