For a loooong time I've wanted to be able to use an ab wheel as intended, so I set a goal to us it everyday for 30 days. It definitely was not easy in the beginning πŸ˜…, but with time and consistent effort I was able to get to the depth I was hoping for! .
If you want to see results, be patient AND consistent! Were there days I didn't want to do this? Yep. But I wanted to see the result of doing this one exercise everyday so bad, I forced myself (sometimes at midnight just before bed) to get my reps in no matter what. .
If you truly want something, you'll find a way to get it. .

Some super close stance deadlifting at 115kg/253lbs had issues with grip because I forgot to chalk up so I switched to #hookgrip to finish out the set.

The first exercise is the pike row. This exercise is not easy and is for people who are more of an intermediate-advanced core trainer. It takes time to build up to so try out a few and if your not able to complete at least 2 then try working on the second exercise. You will build yourself up to it.
2nd exercise is the mountain climber row. These are excellent for full core contact. Anyone from beginner to advanced core trainers can work on the mountain climber row.
3rd exercise is the ab rollout. These are done in slow motion. While done in a slow motion you are making contact and activating your full core.

What's your favorite way to practice?! My practice usually begins slowly- deep breathing, leg stretches, cat & cow. Then I usually move to core work. I do a lot of practice with boat pose and move to my back to do some ab work.
Strengthening your core can help make inversions easier, because you're learning to activiate those muscles.

AB ATTACK πŸ”₯ SAVEπŸ“THIS AND TRY IT OUT!
This was the ab workout I did yesterday @the_gym_aylesbury and it was sick. I did these high leg raises - basically bringing my legs as high as possible to emphasise the contraction - then when that got too difficult I did normal leg raises for about 10 reps.

This sort of acted as a dropset and ensures you get everything out of the set making your ab muscles proper fatigued. I supersetted this with plate side twists to target the obliques and ensure I’ve targeted the entire ab muscles (around 15 reps on each side).

This picture is from the other day also that I didn’t get to post bc I was still feeling bad.. But, on the 26th I finally go to see an endocrinologist. I have been told I have something wrong with my thyroid and seemingly anything that changes my hormones disrupts when my episodes happen. Please just asking everybody for all of their hopes and good wishes that this is the right direction. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ’•I’ve tried so many directions and it’s hard to tell where to go or what to do and I just hope this is it. The woman on the phone said I am too young to have this happen to me and she’s right..
