We come together to do some breath work and practise different styles of meditation, to set up for the day. Let’s face it, the tube is horrendous, we need all the help we can get.
This is for you if you want to form new habits, or learn techniques with a human, rather than through a screen, to help with London life. If you’re new to pranayama (yogi breathing) or meditation, this could be especially helpful for you. If you use yogi tools like these already and just fancy joining a crew to keep it consistent or find some different approaches, this is also for you!
I offer this as an open session with the lovely folk @blankbrixton where they put on a delicious breaky (look up) & coffee for only £5. They’re all about building a community and so this partnership feels really good. We sit and have a natter together afterwards, before starting the day.
