Comparison is the thief of joy. Each one of us is at a different level in our mindsets, our physiques, our goals, our circumstances, our support systems and our priorities. Just because someone may have something better organized than us, doesn't mean they have all things better organized than us.
And that's why we can all relax and support each other. Life isn't a competition. Why compare how well someone else is doing to how well we are doing when we all have the same 24 hours in the day? We should either learn to be content or work to improve ourselves, or both, because we all have the same opportunities.
So let's not waste out lives worrying about someone else's life or that we're not farther along in our own lives. Let's work on ourselves today. Let's help others in our circle and in our path if they're asking for it. Let's not compare our chapter 1,2,3, etc. to someone else's 20 in one area, because they be on page 1 in other areas. Let's all be the best cheerleaders and encouragers for everyone, and turn any negatives into positives so we can be free of anything holding us back or slowing down our progress.
And finally, always remember YOU ARE ENOUGH just the way you are. If you have a healthy and balanced mindset, have found peace and are happy with yourself, then don't let anyone drag you down or drown out your light. You don't need to change if you're already there.
And if you've found your peace, I encourage you to give back to those who haven't. There are several people struggling with who they are and where to go. Use your positive and negative life experiences to help them through their struggles so we all can be the best version of ourselves. Compassion beats comparison every day of the week and twice on Sundays. #allpraisetoHim #athlete #believe #blessed #comegetascoop #encouragement #fit #faith #fitness #gym #Godisgood #happy #healthy #ifbb #iifym #inspiration #life #love #lift #motivation #npc #nutrition #strength #SupZilla #supplements #SupZillaNation #truth #training #wisdom #workout
