Mads has been working her butt off the last few months to battle a serious health problem.
Mads went in for an eye test & a few tests later found out that she had pressure on her brain from excess body weight and the fluid wasn't draining normally. From this she developed slight blind spots in her eyes and if she didn't do anything about it she would of lost more vision over a short amount of time which could not be reversed.
So she marched her butt into the gym, cleaned up her nutrition and went all guns blazing. She has lost so much weight & the doctors have told Mads that the pressure on her brain has gone & that she has reversed the long term effects!
I am so freaking proud of you Mads. You’re a star. It’s amazing to have seen you come so far @honestlyjustgeekstuff

This is the part where they normally start swearing at me.. I train people how I train myself so for this one I found the heaviest bag, 25kg, and repped it out.
4 stiff legged deadlifts- or rdls
4 front squats
4 over head presses - or push press

When I was only 19, this lady saw something in me & asked me to run her Gym... My exact words were “but I’m only a teenager, I don’t know how....” she threw me in the deep end anyway & we made it work! So many sleepless nights went into making it a success, but I ended up leaving because “I wanted to travel the world & experience different cities before doing business...”
As the saying goes “”if you love them hard & set them free, they’ll come back to you..”” applies to us right now as great things are about to happen! Thank you Liz, for putting up with my crazy adventures over the last 5 years & supporting everything I’ve wanted to do... #NowLetsDoFuckingBusiness
