I’ve been working out for almost 4 years and After countless hrs at the gym, jogging track, pool, strict diet, cheat meals, injuries, post workout naps and trying different routines I can say that i’m somewhat satisfied with the progress i’ve made.
You gotta remember that your only competition is you. There will always be someone who lifts heavier than you, runs faster than you, swims better than you or could be better in just any tiny aspect but you are NOT to compete with them! Strive to be a better version of yourself! Fitness is a long journey and we get better at it gradually, Be Humble and Patient! Focus on creating the best version of You! And above all, be Disciplined and you shall achieve wonders!
