Love making training fun. Following a 18km run this morning I thought I’d try out some fun sprints around the court. Tennis is hard work... when you’re uncoordinated . I had a blast though and enjoyed the challenge. : @the_silent_photographer_

I straight up just love food ; for those who really know me know I could watch the @foodnetwork for DAYS and never get tired of it & know what my appetite is like ♀️... and that taught me that indulging and treating yourself isn’t a bad thing either- keep it balanced, enjoy the good-goods in moderation, and treat your body & mind right. Love it and it’ll love you back 🥥
