Kupodivu mi vajíčka stále nelezou krkem a takhle nebo míchané je mám úplně nejradši 😊 první týden za mnou a shrnutí je následovný:
mezi jídly nemám hlad a nemyslím pořád na to kdy už budu zase jíst.
Kolikrát se najím tak do syta až si říkám jak je to jen možný abych po zelenině a masu nebo vejcích mohla být tak nájedená na x hodin.🙈
Břicho se mi nenafukuje, těžko už mi taky nebývá.
Jogurt mě vůbec nechybí stejně jako těstoviny.
Co můj mozek ale stále plodí za myšlenky, je chuť na sladký 🤦‍♀️ a já doufám že to taky přejde! 🙏🏻😄 A co je pro mě asi nejdůležitější - každé jídlo je bez obsahu lepku na který nám intoleranci. Hodnoty sice nejsou 100% že bych zvracela jako můj brácha po jediným kousíčku lepkové potraviny, ale křeče, které vás berou jako milióny jehliček do střev taky nejsou zrovna OK hlavně když víte, že ten nevstřebaný lepek ve střevech nějakou dobu zůstává. Takže já sem zatím spoko a uvidíme jak to půjde dál. Cuando hablamos de un metabolismo “lento” o “rápido” nos referimos a la velocidad con la que nuestro cuerpo realiza todas estas funciones. Cuando nuestro metabolismo es más rápido, el cuerpo quema más calorías, incluso cuando no estamos realizando ninguna actividad física: es conocido como metabolismo basal, esto es, la energía que nuestro cuerpo consume diariamente para funcionar sin ningún tipo de actividad adicional más allá de las funciones esenciales (las que quedan activas mientras dormirmos).
