We get stuck on identifying words sometimes, and when this happens, it’s time to look at it from a different perspective.
Five months after my break and sprain I had to go back to being a “beginner” at moves I was well advanced in before. It’s ok to begin again! We are always beginning at something and that’s a beautiful thing!
Whenever you start “fitness,” that’s where you are at. These next five moves will get your heart rate up, but keep things low impact and flexible while you build your strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health: Squat Taps.

Each exercise 45 seconds. Perform 2-4 circuits based on what you feel is good for you (but challenge yourself!). Break for 1 minute in between circuits.

My favorite person and I spent our Sunday getting dizzy, and not in the way most people do on the weekend. The fair was fun and now it is gone and soon she will be gone and I will be sad, but at least the pigs are happy.
