You’ve won a free meal at a top-rated restaurant, but the specific location is a surprise! One more catch…it could be top-rated in any category. But you get to pick the category. Which would you pick? ⠀ ⠀
🥩Best food (taste, quality of ingredients)—keep in mind, it could be in a dump in the middle of nowhere!
Best presentation (plating)—does presentation always equal quality?
🕴🏼Best customer service—does excellent service make the actual product seem a little better, even if it alone would fall short?
Best prices—how much price would you sacrifice (or give) for added quality? Or for an elevated experience?
Best atmosphere—a location and environment that can’t be beat and makes every other component feel like it’s amazing because you’re in an amazing place
Or is there another category you would want? What’s the most important to you in a dining experience?
This salad isn’t from this weekend’s reviews, but it was almost just as good + a stellar view and exceptional environment. Definitely one of those situations where the atmosphere elevated the meal from good to great. Plus the customer service was above and beyond!
On this wonderfully crisp, refreshing plate:
Shredded iceberg (perfect for a hot, humid beach day)
Creamy queen avocado (because necessary and I add it to almost everything…okay, maybe not pizza and ice cream, but I don’t really eat those that often so who’s counting)
Juicy, ripe cherry tomatoes
Chicken grilled + seasoned to beach perfection
Savory, salty bacon that was a perfect balance to all of the fresh fruit + veg
Croutons, but better than croutons, because dusted in delicious seasoning + topped with flawlessly toasted but not quite burnt cheese (only had a small taste of these, then passed them along bc gluten-free life, but trust that they didn’t last long once handed over)
If you’re in TCI, definitely make a stop at Las Brisas on the south side of Providenciales!
