As humans we love to subscribe to our own bullshit. We make excuses for ourselves, our weaknesses, our unhappiness, I could go on.
You know that saying the grass isnt always greener on the other side? I am guilty of using it, just did as a matter of fact.
BUT , it is an excuse for medicority. Its an excuse to not face things head on. To settle. To not set your sights higher. To stay miserable at a job, in a relationship, in a financial fuckery. Unhappy with your weight, mental state, circumstances.
Its ME and YOU signing on the dotted line of our own bullshit!
So let me tell you, the grass can be and IS greener on the other side! The side that stops making excuses, takes reasonable steps to impove your self worth, your relationships, your health, your career path, your financial choices.
Its not you walking away from problems, jobs, relationships, diets, because its hard and you are unhappy.
Its you confronting the one person who is making you miserable, YOU!
Stop waiting for tomorrow, Monday, next month, January 1st. Take action against yourself! Be firm in your own expectations and that will transend to others. Dont say you are fine if you arent. Then sit back and watch all aspects of your life improve!
Im here to tell you, where I was the grass was dead. Burned. No signs of life! But when I became aware of my own bullshit and even better put an end to it, ha!
Grass is so green on my side of the street now it looks like a golf course!
