Here is the recipe:
🔻mix 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
🔻add 1 cup of almond milk (or any other plant-based milk), 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and a splash of vanilla essence.
🔻mix until smooth and spoon into a hot frying pan (you can make about 3 at a time)
🔻wait for bubbles to form before flipping!
