You are up to YOU!!
It has taken me a long time to learn this and I am still learning it daily, but you cannot change others. They will only change when they want to if they want to. All you can do is control yourself and better yourself.
I am loving this phase of life right now where I am focusing on making myself the best version of me. In reality, that is all I have control over. Anyone else with me?!
It’s always an incredible #TransformationTuesday when Coolsculpting is involved. WOW! Thin thighs for summer.

Heading to IN for my annual business trip tomorrow! It’s soooo hard to leave my babies. I’ve only been away from my kids 2 other times. The first time was to give birth to Tyler and the 2nd was last year when my annual business trip was in New Orleans. I’m going to Summit to become a better Coach, Leader and Entrepreneur. I am so excited for this opportunity to grow and change me and my Families lives even more than I already have! Today I took my girl Madison to get her nails done for the first time and then we went out to lunch as a Family. I’m going to miss them so much. I can’t believe tomorrow I’ll be in Indiana with my ladies!
Back at the airport daydreaming about the best trip I have had home in years. I am sitting here feeling like the luckiest girl in the world to have so much love in my life. I am deeply in love with California, but my heart lives in Boston with my people. Sorry to those of you that I missed, but I will be back sooner than 2 years- promise. #homesickalready#bostongirl#ihatetofly
Holy shit I have too much shit to do today 🤭 So first lemme get in 30 oz of water and then a powerful superfoods shake to get me through all my shit #thebasics and then of course I’ll be like this all day trying to do all my shit while simultaneously trying to get Sawyer to not undo all my shit and it’s 8:30am and he’s still sleeping #what
Be strong. Be brave.
My whole life I've been scared to do everything. It has stopped me many times, but the times I've been the bravest and have pushed through the fear have been some of the best times of my life.
Think back and look at your life. Do you regret the times you were brave or the times you let fear get in your way?
It's to to feel the fear, but do it anyways
I can’t believe that picture on the left was 2 years ago. I remember how happy I was that I was finally taking care of myself and feeling better. But some days were so hard and on those days I would take a walk down to this pond with my kids and pray for strength to keep going. I had no clue what I was doing. I was sooo busy and overwhelmed, Peter was on bed rest from his kidney surgery and I had just started this lifestyle and Coaching others. Balancing all that at once and overcoming my preeclampsia has given me strength I never knew I had.
I could cry looking at that picture on the right. I can’t believe the woman I have become. Last year I ran my first 5K even tho running, especially in front of other people, makes me feel so insecure. Coaching has made me step outside my comfort zone in ways I never thought I could. That day when I was asked to do a 5K, I decided I would yet again step outside my comfort zone. This year I ran it again and shaved 9 minutes off my time and that’s just from doing my at home workouts. OMG!!!! After the 5K my baby boy runs over to me, wraps his arms around me and says, “Great job Mama!” He melts my heart. All I could think about was all those hard days that I pushed through to get to where I am at right now. I’m so thankful that when I hit my rock bottom health-wise that I decided to Do something about it and Never give up! Always here to help you when you’re ready!
“Who you are is more important than what you do”
I heard this quote a while ago referring to our work. Sometimes we let our work over consume us. It DEFINES us. Every action we take, everything we talk about, and then everything we do starts to be about our work/job. Work is a large part of our life, but it is not and SHOULD not BE your life! .
I was quickly reminded to STOP . It is more important that I am a good person; kind, respectful, compassionate, hard working, faithful, the list could go on and on. The point is your character is more important than your work and we need to stop and slow down and focus on what really matters in life. And let’s be honest, God would prefer you be an overall good person that enjoys life and their family and so much more than work 24-7. So remember who you are is more important than what you do!
I was uncomfortable with my body after I had my babies, but that was the least of my worries. What I wanted most was to not feel like crap all the time and to have energy to keep up with the demands of Mom life. That was my #1 goal. So I reached out and ended up starting my at home nutrition and fitness program and since then my whole life has changed.
I said yes to Coaching and decided to share my journey with all of you to hold myself accountable and inspire women to take control of their health. Sticking to a healthy lifestyle is hard, but feeling like crap all the time with no energy was sooo much harder.
I want to share with you why I coach, how this can change YOUR life, how YOU can make real money for sharing your health/fitness journey and inspiring women just like you along the way. I never thought I could inspire others and grow my team the way I have. And actually I’m seeing a lot of them on Weds. in Indiana on our business trip! OMG I cant believe it! I want you to learn more about what I do and who knows... you just may decide you want to do this too. Add yourself to my free 5 day group all about Coaching by clicking the link in my bio.
