Kaia, an Asian-Pacific inspired restaurant from The Ned London , took over the kitchen at #sohoistanbul yesterday with a menu inspired by modern flavours and colorful, healthy dishes from tropical climates. 🌺🥙
The Salmon Poké was the signature dish – raw fish, mango, avocado, yuzu, salmon caviar and sticky rice with crunchy lotus root crisps and edible flower.
Also tried the tender “Japanese Fried Chicken” and “Black Cod Gyoza” 🥟 with a Bourboun-espresso-matcha cocktail.
Overall, food was light and tasty but not mindblowing. Still, totally supporting different cuisines and the growth of the bowl food. 👅
