Cafe I Can Flyy is the brain child of mother and daughter duo, Minu and Preeyam Budhia. As you enter the cafe, the first thing that probably hits you is the positive energy around the place. Along with the very cheerful and colourful ambience, you're greeted by an infectious smile from Saloni. She is a girl with special needs accompanied by six others like her serving you in the most humble way. You notice a whole wall stacked with goodies from the food factory and the crafts factory, which one can choose to purchase. Plus there are a number of board games stacked up for all.
The food has been kept reasonably simple – nothing out of the box. Dishes we served our taste-buds with... 1) BBQ Spicy Chicken Poppers... Beautifully presented eight pieces of crunchy coated single bite sized chicken topped with a sweet and sour dip. #lovedit
2) Hug In A Mug... Hot chocolate in a big mug topped with whipped cream and chocolate chips. Quantitatively huge and it tasted nice.
3) Berry Basil Soda Infusion... Fresh in flavours with pungency of berry & basil. My friend seemed to love it.
4) Balsamic Mushroom Pizza... Freshly crusted and flavourful. It tasted good.
5) Cutting Chai... Served authentically in an aluminum kettle and the roadside small glasses!! And heads up for if you're lucky, you get to enjoy live music happening at the cafe occasionally. Stay tuned and follow us on Facebook as well.
