The official start of outdoor grilling season has arrived and in order to kick off a summer of mouthwatering backyard barbecues in style I've partnered with my friends at @MortonSalt.
Before slow cooking and caramelizing over a hot bed of charcoal and oak wood, these meaty racks of campfire pork spare ribs were brined in a fragrant bath of fresh aromatics, raw sugar and Morton Coarse Kosher Salt, infusing the ribs with a bouquet of natural flavors, while helping you consistently prepare tender, smokehouse-quality ribs in your very own backyard! Coarse Kosher Salt is great for brining because the flat flaky crystals dissolve extremely well in water.
