Get the right amount of sleep every night, maintain your diet and exercises and see change in no time.
Move week for me and my family. Not trying to go too crazy in the #Gym this week do to all the hauling of furniture. But still, gotta get this #ChestDay and #TricepsDay in. I’ll probably pay for it over the next two days
1. Get in standard push-up position. Take shoulder width gap and straighten your body.
2. Take assistance of somebody to place a weight plate on your back (not too close to your neck)
3. Perform simple push up with weight.
Looking through pics tonight and found one 6 months ago to compare to today. Progress is coming and I’m excited to see the progression over the next year!! Thanks to my coach @nick_antico for keeping me in the pain zone every work out !!!! I couldn’t do this without you bro!!
