A recipe by total accident. It’s basically just done chickpeas roasted up in a little hot water, salt and @marmite. The chickpeas absorb the marmite while they bake and become all salty, swollen and savoury. A perfect side dish. You could also go one step further and blend them with some tahini and create a Marmite Hummus like I did with the leftovers. Such a random side dish but strangely perfect? Highly recommend.
