Happy Monday! It’s the start of a new week. Monday mornings I like to set my intentions for the week. What’s my focus? What are my goals? Are my actions and goals aligned? If not, what can I shift? Plans? Attitude? Priorities?
Sometimes it is hard to take a few minutes away, especially on a Monday morning, but five minutes of quiet to think, plan, pray, dream, focus is SO worth it!
I’ve been quiet over here the past two weeks. My hormones have been all over the place making me extremely tired. I tried to fight it but lost the battle. I had to listen to my body and remind myself that resting it’s lazy. It’s self-care.
This morning I’m finally feeling energized after another weekend of pretty much just laying low. My knee is still pretty bruised from last weeks mountain biking slip and it rained pretty hard last night so this week my plan is lifting weights! ♀️ I’m looking forward to the change since I’ve been almost exclusively riding my bike for the past few weeks!
Lifting weights will also be good this week because it only takes 30 minutes out of my day and I need to get a lot of work done at my office!
So this weeks priorities are to prospect hard at work and set myself up for some good deals for June and July, get back to my lifting plan, and for personal development I’m reading a book that my sister recommended!
