Since my last post was a quote from The catcher in the rye, I couldn’t help but share my copy of the book. If you try to follow the novel you might find no particular story line. Well, that’s perhaps because author’s main idea is to share how he feels about all the ‘phoniness’ around him, how he wants to retain innocence in the young people and how adolescents frequently experience feelings which are inexpicible. All of this can be sensed from Holden’s narration.(this is considered to be a semi-autobiography)
This novel was said to be ahead of it’s time but I feel that it remarkably potrays two major issue of any adolescent, which are living constantly in delusions and inability to express themselves to their best or aptly define their feelings.
Well, the bottomline is that I really liked reading this book and would recommend everyone who wish to explore adolescence related issues. Also, you might be noticing my love for indian textiles, pattern and prints. Honestly, I’m so crazy for them that I have my cellphone’s wallpaper with blue paiselys.😍
I always love to give a boho touch to my snaps.🙈 #thecatcherintherye#jdsalinger#bookstagram#bibliophile#booklove#booksbooksbooks#boholove#bohostyle#dreamer#indiantextiles#patterns#texture#beauty#classics#vintage#boho#insta#instagood#photography#nikon#bookish#coffee
