My ride for the day. A while back I learned that if I want pedal a little faster and for a little longer, I need to dab a little peppermint essential oil on my chest. What a difference it makes. I even put one drop on my tongue (make sure it says for internal use) to help me take in those deep breaths. It pretty much works for whatever exercise, yoga, rowing, or running for example. Not that I do all of these haha. Oh and that yummy smoothie is from @podgesjuice and it is awesome!#ridingaroundclairmont#imeancruising#vacay
Happy Saturday!!! What are you working on today? .
I don’t want this digital photo journal to create the illusion that I never rest haha, so here’s some transparency: I started working around 12pm EST. I plan to fully stop around 5:30pm. After that I’ll be watching a film at the cinema. I’ve had two main breaks so far (including a quick #walk and #lunch). Yesterday I watched some #Netflix and went to a #party. I read about two articles yesterday and organized some readings for the next week. If you ever think that someone is always working, it’s an illusion . We all take #breaks and #relax.
GROWTH: We are constantly growing. The actions we take determine our growth. For me personally, I firmly believe in the need to continuously grow my faith as well as continue growing my healthy lifestyle.
GRACE: We don’t have to have it all together all the time. God has shown us grace through his sacrifice so we can show ourselves some, too, on this journey.
GRIND: We have to work for it. Goals aren’t going to get crossed off your list if you just sit back and stare at the list! You’ve got to take action.

Today, I’m grateful that this is appropriate work attire because there’s no way I can lift my shoulders over my head to change.

it’s the freaking weekend ‘bout to have me some fun
Happy Friday everyone!
Enter the weekend with caution
It’s important to not let yourself fall off track just because it’s the weekend! The weekend counts for almost 30% of your week, which means it’s very easy to end up right back where you were at the beginning of this week.
What’s great about the program I’m doing, is there’s one day each week where you can let loose a little and have a little “cheat” day.
My cheat day? Tomorrow! Greg and I are meeting some new friends at a winery.
But wine = grapes = fruit ...amiright? ♀️
Either way! Enjoy your one cheat day / meal, but don’t overdue it!
