If you want to lose weight/ lose fat, you need to create a CALORIC DEFICIT between your training and your workouts!
Notice how each of these diets have the same thing in common? While they all are different in terms of what you can and can’t eat, they all have the same end result. A CALORIC DEFICIT.
I wonder if that means anything. The thing I have noticed is that a majority of health and fitness professionals are saying this. That makes me wonder why a majority of people aren’t listening. People with listen all day to trainers about exercises and all the fun stuff, but as soon as they mention nutrition, the client decides to listen to what people say on the internet instead of the trainer.
Here’s what I have to say to everyone, whether you or your trainer chooses Keto, Low-carb, IF, or Flexible dieting that you choose to follow, follow it for 3 months. Follow it long enough to get results. Don’t stop after a week because you didn’t lose 20lbs. That is unrealistic and all that will come from it is starting from the beginning constantly.
Choose a plan, research it, and ask health and fitness professionals questions about the plan that fits you best. After you have chosen the nutrition plan, follow it and stick to it. If you follow the plan long enough and you are consistent with it, you will see results.
