The Wild Goose Chase
Avocado, Foie Gras, Bacon, Parmesan
- Step 1: Put into the blender 1 clove of garlic, 1 avocado, 1 egg yolk, squeeze half a lemon, then blend
- Step 2: Add half a cup of cream into the blender along with everything else in Step 1. Set aside this green paste.
- Step 3: Pan fry 6 strips of bacon and a can of Foie Gras
- Step 4: Boil then pan fry 300g of spaghetti using a generous amount of olive oil
- Step 5: Mix the green paste from Step 2 into the spaghetti.
- Step 6: Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese , the bacon and the Foie Gras
- Final Step: Add salt and pepper
