Gave the one arm Lalanne push ups a try. My feet kept slipping after few reps I couldn't do them on my finger tips so that's goals.

Day 67/80 Cardio Core
Wow I thought I was tired yesterday. Today I found myself falling asleep during the day and REALLY had to dig deep to lift my body up and get my last cardio session for the week done. And I'm glad I did, I soon felt awake and warmed up enough to give it my all . Just one workout for this week left then I'll be on the last week of phase 3 and before peak week! So close now

I love using this weighted stability ball for my #core#workouts. After only 2 sets of these #exercises my #abs muscles were on fire! Perform 12-15 reps of each exercise in a slow controlled manner and repeat the #circuit 2-3 times.

(Sped 3x) my patient here is finding the [most restrictive] position for her posterior capsule and then utilizing an FRC PAILs contraction to “speak” to her “stuff”.
This was her 2nd round of PAILs - her first “finding” was at about 15° below the horizon.
Not all posterior capsules feel the max “tightness” in pure horizontal adduction. Adjust accordingly.

Today at Tjmaxx I FINALLY built up the courage to try on shorts! Trying on bottoms of any kind is terrifying for me because I get so discouraged when they look like they'll fit me on the hanger but they actually dont ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I decided to go for it and I grabbed a few pairs in a few different sizes, 11s and one pair of size 9. Now when I started my journey I was a size 13, so trying on a size 9 literally scared the shit out of me. Thank God my friends @maggie.mendiola.fitness & @lifewithaddiegrace17 told me to go for it because the 9s fucking fit perfectly!!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So needless to say my confidence is through the roof and I couldnt be happier! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
