Here is an example that you can throw in a workout ANYWHERE.... and it felt so good. .
We were going for a walk in the park and I had the idea to do a little workout. So we did: Walking lunges (fw-backward)
forward squat jumps Sprints .
Repeated 5 times And a workout was done!!! Easy, no equipment needed and definitely gets your heart racing!! .
Fat burner, leg toner, whatever you want to call it - Just move!! . .
