R E S T It felt good to get out there for a 40mi shake out ride today! .
While it hadn't been my plan to take the past 2 days completely off from training I had to listen to my body.
I was so tired on Monday I broke into tears at my day job... for no reason, what so ever I replaced my post work sweat sessions with naps and I feel like a weight has been lifted, from my legs, from my body, from my soul!
It can be hard to listen to what your body needs, but if you tune in and listen I promise it will be worth it
Do you listen when your body tells you what it needs? Or do you usually push through?
