I can sit & reflect on what I’ve created, by simply choosing to open my heart to opportunities, to chance & to possibilities. To not give up and not give in... And to which I owe such gratitude and appreciation towards all the beautiful people who have supported, guided & pushed me..
Find strength in the moments of doubt and fear. Within the moments of weakness and uncertainty...
Because when you get through these moments, what lies on the other side is triumph of what once seemed to be the impossible. .
These are the moments that create your ultimate existence.
This is were you learn who you truely are.

I love Sundays. After being woken by my 6 year-old, Ned it's lovely to hop back into bed and open the blinds just a little to let in a sprinkling of light. I like to listen to something, prop up my big pillows and journal my next adventures before taking a walk. I'd love to hear what you get up to on Sundays. :)

Making self love, self care and self worth a priority is a brilliant way to raise your vibes and bring you into alignment. Your feelings are evidence of your alignment - the better you feel the greater the evidence that your thoughts are aligned (are a match) with your Source/Soul/inner truth. On the other hand, when you are self critical and mean to yourself your feelings (vibration) lower as evidence that your thoughts are out of alignment with your Source and inner truth. Make it a goal to be your own best friend, nurture yourself, take yourself on dates, only accept what is good for you, etc. This week I'm off to Bali with some girlfriends for some fun, friendship, chill time and pampering!

Key topics I covered included stress and the 21st century brain, the five fundamentals for well-being that we need to incorporate into our lives daily, and how we can hard wire them as habits so they become automatic rather than an effort.
We came, we ate beautiful food, had a glass of wine, shared stories, practiced eating chocolate mindfully (highlight!). And we took time to reflect on self care. Especially how we can enhance our lives with small but significant changes through the creation of calming daily rituals.
