There used to be a time when I would only drink soda—Rootbeer to be exact, juices, lemonade, koolaid, etc. after I stopped playing sports. Yeah, it was more like.. water who? I finally realized that those products weren’t doing me any good, my body hated me, and those drinks/sodas have a lot of sugar in it. Water is VERY important especially in this disrespectful weather.
