Really missing this vegan veggie burger and side of sweet potato fries right now… it was SO delicious!
SO this is what i have been thinking today - I want to educate all of you all on eating healthier (+ the benefits), how to self care, and overall what is better for yourself by writing blog posts since that's the easiest way to connect with you guys, other than here! About a week ago I wrote a blog post about overthinking and 3 things you can do to stop, so be sure to check that out and tell me what you think!

The final product result of this is to hopefully release a self care ebook (that will most likely be free for everyone ), so I really want you guys to tell me what you think and want me to change.
Also Happy Wednesday! I’m so happy the week is almost over, I can’t wait to have a relaxing weekend filled with self care, down time, and maybe some recipe developing :) Also, I just started working at my new job and for some reason it’s been super fun (completely the opposite of how my old job was), so that is really exciting! . follow me for more! @eatsbymeg
