I really, really want to be annoyed that I maxed out 20 seconds sooner today than I did during this same workout on Tuesday. So many dang triceps pushups! I want to be annoyed, but I just can't.
I already feel and perform stronger than I did 4 days ago when my sister and I started it together. As a result, my muscles are fatigued BUT she also reminded me that I'm able to push harder, too... which means maxing out sooner.
You can't tell due to the speed of the timelapse, but I was tugging at and pulling the waist up on these bottoms the whole workout because they are just too big on me now. I guess it's more proof that 25 days of consistent workouts and nutrition can shrink a body. (Measurements on Sunday!)
My favorite? WHO CARES when I maxed out? The point is: I showed up, I pushed play, I went hard, and I finished strong. Maxing out is just par for the course and I just happened to max out a bit earlier today. No. Big. Deal.
Also, this is the second day in a row that I've worn shoes during my workout. I love my Metcons, but I'm back to bare feet tomorrow. Shoes during workouts are just not my thing.
