Sometimes I hate that I have an office job Purely because I now know what it means to have a stiff and sore back. Just moving your body a little everyday is hugely beneficial. I had to slow down on a few things a tweek some moves as I was getting some feelings in some areas I shouldn’t. No sense cause damage I did the best I could and still came out a sweaty mess!! My shirt was wet from damn pit juice and boobies but the rest of me was soaked and I mean soaked!!! At some point I pondered if id peed a little good thing I didn’t!!! Now if I can only walk tomorrow . . . . . . . . . .
